Where do we work?
We travel to meet client need. Project locations have included IN, PA, KY, MD, WV, VA, TN, AR, FL, TX, GA, AL, OH.
Owner Representation
Tracking deliverables and looking out for the Owner’s interests. We watch time, costs, changes, and team function. We are communicative – ensuring ownership is aware of issues. We also work hard to facilitate team function and outcome – success is the ultimate goal!
Schedule
We have completed projects where our function was scheduling and logistics support only. We also monitor and track milestones and can assist with meeting scheduling goals.
Experience
30+ years in the construction industry working on various project types including class A office, multifamily, senior living, student housing, film set, and small office/warehouse.
Cost Tracking
We maintain reporting on project costs and changes, help vet change requests and provide calm measured leadership in addressing issues.
Leadership
Development and construction projects have many stakeholders. We can serve as facilitators for team function working as servant leaders to assist positive outcomes.
